Data Deletion Request for KeepNest

You can request deletion of your KeepNest account and the personal data associated with the account. We process account deletion requests after a 30-day waiting period so you have time to cancel the request if it was submitted by mistake.

1. Request Deletion in the App

KeepNest provides an account deletion request entry in the app settings page. Open KeepNest, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. After you confirm the request, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

2. Request Deletion by Email

You may also contact us by email at [email protected]. Please include the email address or login method connected to your KeepNest account so we can verify and process the request.

3. Deletion Timeline

After a deletion request is confirmed, KeepNest schedules the account and related app data for deletion in 30 days. During this period, you can return to the app settings page and cancel the deletion request.

After the 30-day period ends, we delete or anonymize account data and user-created app content from active systems, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or app-store compliance reasons.

4. Data Covered by the Request

• Account profile information connected to KeepNest.
• Records, fields, reminders, Boxes, Scenes, tags, and app content.
• Account binding records and authentication data where deletion is allowed.
